Here at Parkside We follow:  Herd immunity (also called herd effect, community immunity, population immunity, or social immunity) is a form of indirect protection from infectious disease that occurs when a large percentage of a population has become immune to an infection, whether through previous infections or vaccination, thereby providing a measure of protection for individuals who are not immune.
We provide nourishing, high quality homemade meals,
breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack each day, from whole foods, at no extra charge to parents. We serve meals “family style”, by all sitting at the table together.
We focus on helping the children become aware of what their bodies need to be fueled for the days.
We receive funds from the U.S. Department of Agriculture to assist with the costs of our meal program, which meets or
exceeds all USDA standards.
