_High Quality Preschool & Child Care: Affordable and Accessible for All Families
Welcome to Parkside!
_ Welcome to Parkside Community Preschool! We hope to share a little bit about our program on these web pages, but we always welcome your visit - in person - for a more in depth look at our school.
Parkside Community Preschool (known as Child Care Inc. until 2002), is a community based, 501 (c) (3) non-profit preschool and has been providing high quality care since 1967. In 2004, we moved into a new facility built especially for children!
Our bright and cheery school provides nurturing and developmentally appropriate care and education to children from ages 3 months to 6 years.
Our classrooms include an Infant Room, Toddler Room, Preschool Room, and Pre K Room. Age and developmental stage determine which room best meets the needs of your child.
With tuition based on a sliding scale, flexible scheduling, parent education, family support services, and a developmentally appropriate program geared toward children’s individual needs, we are unique and vital to the community.
We nurture the growth and healthy development of each child, providing them with the opportunity to succeed. We have been located in the Whiteaker neighborhood of Eugene, Oregon since 1967 and are the longest continuously running child care program in Lane County.

Active play helps children develop large muscles and spatial awareness.
Our school is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm.
We are licensed by the State of Oregon Child Care Division.
We participate in the USDA Food Program providing nutritious
breakfasts, lunches, and afternoon snacks - all at no additional cost to families.
